4. Info Product Access

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services
Clients may request a refund within 7 days of service payment if no deliverables have been issued. To submit a request, please contact our support team. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
If a service session has been conducted or customized deliverables have been provided, the payment is nonrefundable due to resource allocation and scheduling.
6.2 Info Products
Refunds for Info Products are available within 14 days of purchase provided that less than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. To initiate a refund, contact our support team. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days.
6.3 Goods
Physical Goods may be sent back within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. The shipping costs for sending items back are the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds for Goods will be processed upon receipt and inspection and completed within 14 business days.
7. Rescheduling and Transfers
Service appointments can be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance without penalty. To reschedule, please reach out to our support team. Info Product and Goods purchases are final, except as described in Section 6.
8. No-Refund Justifications
Certain bespoke Services involving specialized staff time and unique deliverables are not eligible for refunds once commencement has begun. This policy ensures fairness and covers internal costs committed to client engagements.
